Enerray confirms its leadership in Italy in O&M and aims to grow abroad by exceeding 700 MWp.
Enerray confirms its leadership in Italy in O&M (Operation and Maintenance) of photovoltaic systems, closing the year 2016 with a growth of over 50% compared to 2015, greatly exceeding the established target of 400 MWp. Currently, Enerray has reached 530 MWp in Italy and aims to reach 600 MWp for 2017, thanks to continuous investments in the improvement of the services and the solid and transparent relationship it has with its customers.
The recent acquisition of 75 MWP in Thailand, owned by the BCPG Public Company (Bangchack Petroleum Plc Group), and management of more than 45 MWp in Turkey and 33 MWp in Jordan, confirm the capacity of Enerray to operate globally, surpassing 700 MWp worldwide.
In the highly competitive landscape of the Italian market of the O&M photovoltaic sector, Enerray stood out thanks to the differentiation and expansion of services, including a full warranty on all system components, unlimited corrective operations, and the supply of all spare components, at no additional cost, to the customer.
Enerray has also enhanced its trouble-ticketing system in order to make the fault resolution process even more rapid. The digitization of this process allows an instantaneous transfer of the alarm and the type of fault signal from the control room to the technician, who intervenes immediately, ensuring the efficiency of the service. To make timely interventions, Enerray has 4 warehouses located from the north to the south of Italy, with a total value of about 3 million euros, and a widespread presence of loyal technicians throughout Italian territory.
Finally, the most sensitive part in the acquisition of pv plants built by third parties is the takeover, for which Enerray has developed the process of hand-over. This process is dedicated to the phase that goes from contract signing to taking over of the plant, and that focuses on the commissioning phase and of all its components so as to minimize the inconvenience related to the handover.
